One of our matches even stayed late and went out for lunch with some of the local volunteers. Jody DeMeyere, member of the Ecorse Creek Committee, also mentioned that one of the Littles was sharing his passion for ecology with everyone and talking about the importance of trees. The Friends of the Detroit River (and the Ecorse Creek Committee) were a phenomenal and friendly partner that gave our Bigs and Littles a great opportunity to volunteer. Thank you!
