Celebrating Our Achievements: Our achievements over the past year reflect the dedication and hard work of our entire community. Our Youth Ambassadors have been pivotal, organizing numerous successful events and ensuring the inclusion of youth voices in our decision-making processes. Their innovative ideas and commitment have been key to our success.
Our Ambassador Board of young professionals has also played a crucial role. Their enthusiasm and energy have driven initiatives to recruit more volunteers and increase community engagement. By leveraging their networks and expertise, they have expanded our reach and impact.
Honoring Our Board Members: Our board members provide stable and invaluable leadership, guiding our agency with their wealth of experience and knowledge. Their contributions extend beyond strategic direction—they offer essential resources and in-kind donations that enhance our programs and operations. Their unwavering commitment ensures that we remain a robust and dynamic organization, capable of meeting the diverse needs of our community.
Gratitude to Our Supporters: This journey would not have been possible without the generous support from our community. This summer, Ulta and Nordstrom Rack conducted impactful campaigns that bolstered our resources and raised awareness about our mission. Additionally, we have received significant grants from:
- The City of Ann Arbor Youth Services, enabling us to expand our reach
- The Edward F. Redies Foundation, providing new computers for our staff
- Old National Bank, supporting our School/Site-Based Mentoring program
- Whole Foods Market’s 2 Store Giving Grants, totaling $6,000
A heartfelt thank you to our tireless staff who connect with our matches and community in countless ways, ensuring every child has the support they need. We also extend our gratitude to our committed donors and grant givers, whose contributions make our work possible.
To our matches—Bigs, Littles, and parents—thank you for your unwavering dedication and trust. Your relationships are the heart of our organization, demonstrating the profound impact of mentorship every day.
