“Big Neighbors” is your chance to make a big difference in the lives of children in Southeast Michigan, even if you can’t be a mentor.
Be a Big for a Day
Work one-on-one with a youth that does not have a mentor at a BBBS event (events include art workshops, sports clinics, zoo educational tour, STEM activities, annual field day event, etc.)
Tutoring Program
Virtually tutor a Little once a week during the school year.
Facilitate a Youth Enrichment Activity
Utilize your social group, employer or personal skills to plan/execute a workshop that meets needs our Littles.
Fundraising Events
Help us staff a fundraiser or share info via social media.
Support Resource Giveaways
Assisting us with handing out or organizing resource drives for our families (examples: backpacks, holiday gifts, food).
Donate to Our Families
Donate holiday gifts or items to our families in need.
Table at a Community Event
Provide knowledge about our programs at local events.
Ambassador Board
Join our young professionals board to help support our overall mission, vision and programs.
