Recently, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeast Michigan made a memorable visit to Little Caesars Arena, where they had the opportunity to connect with the amazing staff and share more about the organization.

They expressed gratitude for this chance to engage with the community and highlight the importance of mentorship.

In addition, the Tigers game was an absolute blast! A big shoutout goes to BBBSSM team members Rachael, Crystal, and Lindsay for their exceptional support in recently chaperoning the families throughout the event. The day was not only enjoyable but also a great success, especially as around 130 BBBSSM attendees witnessed the Tigers secure a win!

The organization also recognized Aria Fitch, a dedicated mom from one of their Pontiac/Oakland County families. She attended the game with her daughter and has been a passionate advocate for more activities in her area, balancing her sons—one matched and another on the waitlist. It was wonderful to see them enjoying the day and putting a smiling face to a name.

Special thanks are extended to Sam F., enhancements coordinator, and Sam T., west matching & match support manager, for organizing such a fantastic outing. The kids had an incredible time, and the event was well-coordinated from start to finish. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeast Michigan looks forward to more opportunities like these to build connections and foster mentorship in the community.

Lastly, BBBSSM extend its heartfelt gratitude to the Ilitch Family for their continued support. Their commitment to community engagement allows Big Brothers Big Sisters to create lasting memories for the families they serve!
